To update everyone on Jeami’s charged for solicit to commit murder… READINESS Hearing is set for tomorrow March 9, 2012 @ 9:00 A.M. and JURY TRIAL is scheduled for March 19, 2012 @ 9:00 P.M. Location: Kern County Superior Court – Metropolitan Division, 1415 Truxtun Ave. Bakersfield, CA 93301.

Jeami’s lawyer asked for a continuance, new hearing has been scheduled for June 13, 2010.

He and his lawyers have been delaying the process, hoping for a plea bargain I guess. Here is his next scheduled appearance:

This is an example of why you never plea deal with a killer, despite the wishes of a family who want the location of body or bones revealed !! This KILLER bargained with that information, despite being an on-going danger to society, and received a 15 to life sentence. The safety of the society is the priority when dealing when convicted killers, and they should not be permitted to engage in goulhish lets-make-a-deal antics. These sociopaths should get the death sentence, but somehow end up with 15 to life, and continue to commit creimes from prison
